In short
We ourselves do not collect or store any personal data: no user account, no servers of our own, no analytics of our own. The free version shows ads via Google AdMob; Google processes data as described below. The full version has no ads and sends no data to ad networks.

Data on your device
Your game progress, settings (music, language) and whether you bought the full version are stored only locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you delete the app.
Ads in the free version (Google AdMob)
Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When loading and showing ads, Google processes in particular: IP address (and an approximate location derived from it), device identifiers (the advertising ID: on iOS the IDFA, only if you allow tracking; on Android Google's advertising ID), device and app information, ad interactions and diagnostic data. The purpose is to deliver, measure and – if you consent – personalize ads.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), requested on first launch through Google's consent dialog. On iOS the system also asks whether apps may track you (App Tracking Transparency). Without consent, only non-personalized ads are shown. You can change or withdraw consent at any time in the game under "Privacy settings", on iOS in Settings (Privacy › Tracking) and on Android in Settings (Google › Ads › Delete advertising ID). Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More: How Google uses data, Google Privacy Policy.
In-app purchase
The full version purchase is handled entirely by the store: by Apple through the App Store on iOS, by Google through Google Play on Android. We do not receive any payment or account details. The privacy policies of Apple and Google apply.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Since we ourselves do not store personal data, we usually hold no data about you. For data Google processes for advertising, you can also contact Google directly.
